Intensive Course International Strategic Management — Russia: Autumn 2014

Business in context: Business strategies in Russia and Netherlands

The main goal of this program is to give students knowledge about comparative aspects of doing business in Russia and Netherlands. During one week of November students from Netherlands and Russia study the main features of business environment in Russia and Netherlands. Special attention is paid to the strategies of Dutch companies in Russia.

The program includes classes by St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University professors and international experts, plus research tours to companies and site visits to the most interesting historical places in St.-Petersburg.

The duration of the course is six days. The workload corresponds to 2 credits (ECTS) for a total amount of 60 academic hours and includes the following courses:

Strategic Management in Russia and Netherlands

Entrepreneurship in Russia and Netherlands: from ideation into reality

Innovative Business in Russia and Netherlands: Theory and Reality

The fee for the Autumn School is 200 Euros per person. The fee covers tuition, materials, company visits, cultural program, and accommodations.


Double accommodation in two-room apartment with shared facilities and kitchen in a comfortable student hostel.
